10 More Graphic/Web Design Portfolios
Posted on 29. Jul, 2010 by Aadil Aijaz in Inspiration
Last week, we brought you 10 Cool Web Design Portfolios. (Also, don’t forget last year’s 28 Creative Web Design Portfolios) This week’s inspiration is related to the same topic, but also includes graphic design portfolios. A portfolio means a lot to a web designer, because that’s where clients get to see your work and projects you have been involved in. The better the portfolio, the more are the chances of getting hired. And also, better portfolio designs lead to a better client attraction. If you think your portfolio website needs a better design, here’s your chance to get some ideas and inspiration. So here we go!
1. Conway Anderson (http://conwayanderson.com/)
2. David Arazim (http://www.mediocore.cz/)
3. Meca Graphics – Ed Vinicombe (http://www.meca-graphics.co.uk/)
4. Carl Rosekilly (http://carlrosekilly.co.uk/)
5. Swiths (http://swiths.com/)
6. Fully Illustrated – Michael Heald (http://www.fullyillustrated.com/)
7. Jai Pandya (http://jai.im/)
These kind of portfolios are on the rise.
8. Only2Designers (http://www.only2designers.com/)
9. Tony Chester (http://tonychester.com/)
Not really a proper portfolio, but definitely worth a look.
10. Cubex (http://cubex.nl/)
This one uses a far more superior sliding technique than the traditional portfolios. And also the portfolio is very easy to browse, that is, one design at a time.

Website 4, Carl Rosekilly’s portfolio site works really well. The bright pinks and yellows complement the dark black background, and make the site look bright. I also like the large fonts used, as it clearly tells the viewer what the website is about.
i think this is a very good portfolio site also. http://www.jthreeconcepts.com/, owned by Jared Nickerson the design is very simple, but the complexity and detail of the works make the site interesting to look at.
