Great list.. Some of these have been in the market for quite some time but some are new.

For those who are looking for complete website solution i.e. from converting to xHTML/CSS3 (or even HTML5), integrating WordPress as a complete CMS, installing the site and even guiding on how to use it till you are comfortable with it Do pay us a visit

PSD2HTML is damn expensive…they overcharge for everything!

I have tried http://www.codemyconcept.com and they have done amazing work on every project I have sent.

So weird they are not on this list.

I would like to try pixelcrayons at one point.
