I’ve had a lot of luck with DesignMoo, although DesignBump seems to be even more active (just joined now, it’s been on my to-do list!). Great collection here, I didn’t know about many of them.

Designfloat.com used to be a great site but after they got hacked it is not very good, loading slow and not sending much traffic

A fantastic new addition to this would be Referenceit.org by David Turner (twitter.com/herrwulf). A fantastic little free tool that not only bookmarks your favourite sites, but references them to the Harvard standard. Exciting future for this site as well, and extremely well compiled.
