Everyone agrees that free stuff is great. Free web templates are good, such as WordPress Themes, Joomla Templates etc, but sometimes its good to cross over to the premium side of things and discover what you get if you invest a bit of money into a template. http://www.buystockdesign.com/ aren´t to recommend. They sell copyrighted materials and they aren´t serious about changing it either. I´ve told them numerous times and they always say of course we will get rid of them but they never do.
All the others are good and some are even great

I would say it could be even more useful for Web Developers who are not so good in design but are programmers..
Templates Sites like these are useful to Developers like me if you want to do freelancing, you can ask your client to select one of the Templates from these sites and use that for your Project so that you don;t have to worry about getting a design approved.
What do you say??

well a word of caution, some of the templates states that you can reuse the original photos and unless you find a suitable one, the design and feel can be quite different. always remb to read the terms and conditions before you buy!

Although all the sites listed here deserve a mettion, I think template monster deserves a special mention in my experience. I have been using it for a good few years now and have found it to be a useful tool not only for obtaining the templates but also for inspiration.
